Be still, my soul: the Lord is on your side. Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain; leave to your God to order and provide; in every change God faithful will remain. Be still, my soul: your best, your heavenly friend through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.
Be still, my soul: your God will undertake to guide the future, as in ages past. Your hope, your confidence let nothing shake; all now mysterious shall be bright at last. Be still, my soul: the waves and winds still know the Christ who ruled them while he dwelt below.
This song was sung at worship this morning at Mars Hill. It moved me so very much and was what I needed to hear. Kelley felt the same way. This adoption is a gift from God. When we are in the thick of it, we forget and let the enemy have a foothold. I re-dedictate my self to this adoption, I give once again my life to the Lord and all that he has instore for me. Praise be to God!!! He is awesome.
Blessings to you!

I felt the same way after singing that song at church on Sunday night. I again feel so blessed to attend a church where our focus is on others and not just ourselves...in every sense of the word. Mars Hill is not perfect, but God is sure using our community to do some great things. I am thankful for what happens in the big house, in small groups, and in this adoption support group. God is great!
Hi Kirk & Kelley,
Thanks for setting this up. I'll be totally honest with ya'll...we just won't be able to have access to this. Please feel free to pass our email address & home phone to the group (aditi.aromi@zondervan.com 616-662-5077) That will be our only form of communication other than visiting the support group.
Thanks for understanding.
